Relationship Coaching

Relationships are everything, aren't they? Whether it's a romantic partnership, best friendship, parent/child, sibling, coworker, or Self; we exist only in relationship to the environment around us. Relationships have the power to transform us into our best selves, or our most toxic, dysfunctional selves. If you find yourself in relationship patterns that you can't make sense of- I absolutely relate, and I'm eager to help.

Shadow Work

Carl Jung believed we disown and bury the most treasured parts of ourselves on the path of development. Our parents, peers, teachers, and culture overtly and covertly direct us to mold ourselves to fit the current standard. This is what is called the "core human split." The bad news: it's inevitable. If you're a human on planet Earth, you have a shadow. The good news: It doesn't have to stay dark.
I offer shadow work coaching to lovingly walk beside you on a path to rediscovering the best parts of your unique Self.
